MAYOR`S CHARITY CONCERT
On the 5th April the Choir is performing, along with the Rushden Windmill Band, at a Charity Concert at the invitation of the Mayor of Higham Ferrers at the Heritage Chapel and Halls, Park Road, Rushden. The Concert is supporting the chosen charities of the Mayor, Dogs for the Disabled and The Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance Fund.
TOUR TO GLASGOW
Thursday the 24th April sees the departure of 100 members and guests for Glasgow, where on the Friday 25th; the Choir will be taking to the stage at the Glasgow Royal Festival Hall alongside the Glasgow Phoenix Choir and the National Youth Choir of Scotland.
This Concert is followed by Concerts, again with the Glasgow Phoenix Choir, on Saturday at the Moncrieff Church, East Kilbride and on Sunday the Choir takes to the coast to a Concert at St. Columba`s Church, Largs.
The Tour is at the invitation of the Glasgow Phoenix Choir who sang with the NMVC at the Spinney Hill Hall in June 2011.
